A Step of New Hope
Effective March 1st, 2007, I will begin a new job, but continue the same work that has engaged much of my energy and spirit throughout my life. This is the work of making the world a better place for all, through a fellowship which envisions a world of justice, peace, and freedom...a revolutionary vision of a beloved community where differences are respected, conflicts addressed nonviolently, oppressive structures dismantled, and where people live in harmony with the earth, nurtured by diverse spiritual traditions that foster compassion, solidarity, and reconciliation.
In this space I will capture a personal sense of the journey, through poetry, extracts from reading, reflections and meditations on events of the day. While there are, and I will use, official forums for public comment on behalf of the organization, this is a space intended for more informal and interactive conversation.
